At Mouza Fine Jewellery, we offer complimentary delivery on all orders within the UK.

Once your purchase is finalised, we will contact you to confirm your preferred method of receiving your jewellery either collecting it directly from our Hatton Garden showroom or opting for our secure delivery service.

Delivery Details
If you choose delivery, please ensure you are available to sign for your item, or provide an authorised recipient to do so on your behalf. We will notify you a day before the delivery to help you make arrangements.

For Made to Order, Jewellery usually take 4 to 5 weeks to craft, but we will confirm the exact timeline when you place your order. If you need your item sooner, please contact us before ordering, as we may be able to accommodate expedited production and shipping.

UK Delivery Service
All items shipped within the UK are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service).

This ensures your jewellery is tracked, fully insured, and arrives promptly.

Packaging
Your Mouza jewellery will be beautifully presented in a luxurious case. For security and discretion, the outer protective packaging will be plain, with no branding or indications of the contents. The return address will be listed as "Mouza London" for insurance purposes.

Collection Option
If you prefer, you can collect your jewellery from our Hatton Garden showroom. The person collecting the item must be the one who placed the order and will need to present proof of identity.
